This program supports participants in reclaiming power intentionally, while maintaining cultural integrity.

Cost

Individual program fees are $900 per person. The BCL Leadership Institute is being offered to individuals at a reduced cost with the generous support of our donors. Organizations may choose to sponsor participants from their staff at the true cost of $5,000. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available upon request.
